Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the StyleMind platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StyleMind Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using the StyleMind platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

  • StyleMind provides an AI-powered commerce agent that integrates with your e-commerce store to deliver personalized product recommendations, fit scoring, and automated sales workflows.
  • The service is provided on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on your selected plan.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at hello@stylemind.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You may not share account credentials or allow multiple organizations to use a single account.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use StyleMind to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • You may not use the platform to process data of individuals under 16 years of age without verifiable parental consent.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform without a written partnership agreement.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

5. Data and Privacy

  • You retain ownership of your store data and shopper data at all times.
  • By connecting your store, you grant StyleMind a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide the service.
  • StyleMind acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are the data controller for shopper personal data and must maintain an appropriate legal basis for processing.

6. Intellectual Property

  • StyleMind and its underlying models, software, and brand are the exclusive property of StyleMind Ltd.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your active subscription.
  • Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used by StyleMind without obligation or compensation.

7. Billing and Cancellation

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle depending on your plan.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimers

  • The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • StyleMind does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI recommendations will achieve any specific commercial result.
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyleMind's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • In no event shall StyleMind be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
  • Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
  • You waive the right to participate in class-action litigation where such waiver is permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
  • Continued use of StyleMind after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
